Mission Statement
The Shops at University Square offer restaurants and casual dining, unique independently owned retail stores as well as national specialty stores. The “Shops” seeks to provide a “Dine and Shop” experience that is relaxed, sophisticated and fun!
Corporate Information
The Shops at University Square is a locally owned specialty retail shopping center managed by Paramark, Inc. For over 15 years, The Shops at University Square has offered a selection of distinctive shops and restaurants which combine to make an original and creative experience that everyone is talking about. The retail mix is approximately half locally owned independent retailers and half national specialty stores.
The University of Minnesota Rochester, which is located on the upper levels, has a student store on the first level. Salon/Spa services are available at the Doubletree Hotel connected by skyway.
